Our process to either purchase or rent is designed to be simple and straightforward. Start by completing an online application. Qualified applicants will then be contacted to schedule a showing, and once approved, we'll complete the lease and move-in process.

C&G Properties, Inc. maintains a no-pet policy. Reasonable accommodations for emotional support animals are considered in accordance with applicable fair housing law. Approved accommodations require the resident to sign C&G Properties' Emotional Support Animal Accommodation Agreement.
