Our rental process is designed to be simple and straightforward. Start by completing an online application. Qualified applicants will then be contacted to schedule a showing, and once approved, we'll complete the lease and move-in process.

C&G Properties, Inc. maintains a no-pet policy for its rental homes. Reasonable accommodations for emotional support animals are considered in accordance with applicable fair housing law. Approved accommodations require the resident to sign C&G Properties' Emotional Support Animal Accommodation Agreement.

Residents requesting a reasonable accommodation for an emotional support animal should complete our Emotional Support Animal Request form. The form explains the information and supporting documentation that may be needed to evaluate your request. Completed forms may be emailed to office@cgproperty.net.
